Memories of the late Dame Vera Lynn were shared at a special fund-raising event held at The Wing on Tuesday (16 April).
An appreciative audience heard Susan Fleet MBE, Dame Vera's close friend and PA, deliver a fascinating talk on the life of the much-loved entertainer.
After a buffet supper, the audience was then treated to a selection of Dame Vera's songs sung by Vicki Lee, who then led a singalong of some of her much-loved numbers.
The evening was organised to raise funds towards the charity's Next Sortie appeal.
