Families from across Kent with thousands of followers on social media visited the Memorial on Saturday to fly the flag for the site and its attractions.
Eleven 'influencers' and their families were invited to tour the site, visit The Scramble Experience, sample the delicious offerings of the Cockpit Cafe and then spread the word on Instagram.
The result was a flood of positive posts as the families highlighted all the family friendly attractions at the Memorial in stories and images aimed at encouraging their followers to copy their example.
They were also asked to highlight our "buy one get one free" offer on Scramble Experience tickets that is running through half term, which starts on 30 May. Site manager Jules Gomez also offered private guided tours during the day as the Memorial embraced the latest trend in social media marketing.
