Guiding the guides

Local guides have a better idea of the attractions on offer at the Memorial following a tour of the site given by Memorial Manager Jules Gomez.

Jules took a large party from the South East Tourist Guides Association around the clifftop home of the National Memorial to the Few, taking in our replica aircraft, Stuka sculpture and Christopher Foxley-Norris Memorial Wall. They also enjoyed a visit to The Scramble Experience.

Blue Badge Tourist Guide Tanya Firth said the members had all enjoyed their time at the Memorial and had found it “extremely useful and inspiring for their work”. She added: “I hope that our colleagues will bring many more visitors to your site.”
