Dilip Sarkar on the search for new material

Author and Trust supporter Dilip Sarkar MBE has outlined his ambitious search for new material on the Battle of Britain in his latest blog on publisher Pen & Sword's website.

The Memorial Trust is delighted to be working alongside Dilip and Pen & Sword as the renowned historian sets out to write a uniquely comprehensive reference work that is set to become the Trust's official history of the Battle of Britain.

Dilip, who has already written more than 50 books, many of them about the Battle and the men who fought it, has launched a nationwide search for previously untold stories that can be included in his detailed, seven-volume history of the 1940 aerial conflict.

He outlines his vision for the project here. Please share widely as we seek to pull together this most detailed work on the battle that shaped history.
