Crafty kids (and grown ups) wanted!

Come and get stuck in as the Trust presents another of its popular Make and Paint sessions at The Wing this spring.

With the generous support of legendary kit manufacturer Airfix, we are once again inviting young and old to try their hands at the fascinating hobby of model making.

We have Spitfire kits, glue, paints and expert help on hand, so join us on Saturday 12 April to build, paint and take home your Battle of Britain fighter. Because the kits have been donated, all the income from the day will go to support the charity.

And there's more! Everyone who joins us at the workshop will be given another kit to take home, free of charge, allowing them to develop their new-found skills at home.

We’ve got some experienced modellers on hand to make sure no-one gets stuck (other than to those fiddly bits) and we'll make sure you have something to take home at the end of the session, even if this is you are new to the hobby.

Space for this popular session is limited, so make sure you book in as soon as possible using the links below. The session costs just £10 - and don't forget that that includes a free, second kit.

With expert help on hand, this is always a fun event for young and not so young people alike, so click one of the links below now!
