Carry on... supporting the Trust!

Darling Buds of May star Tyler Butterworth will be entertaining an audience in the splendid surroundings of London's RAF Club when he tells the fascinating private story behind the very public lives of his parents.


Tyler is the son of Carry on… star Peter Butterworth and renowned female impressionist Janet Brown and will be telling the remarkable story of his parents' lives at this exciting fund-raising event on Thursday 17 October,


Tyler will tell the untold private story behind the very public lives of his parents. The evening will feature videos of his father, a regular of the renowned “Carry On” team and his mother, at one time the country’s leading female impressionist. He will also tell the extraordinary story of Peter’s wars years as a POW in Stalag Luft III and how Janet became the first woman to entertain the troops across Europe after D-Day.

 

This unique celebration of two fascinating people, told by the man who knew them best, will begin at 6.30pm at the RAF Club at 128 Piccadilly and be followed by a fork supper.
