More young history enthusiasts taking part in the Wheels of Time scheme, which encourages youngsters to visit history-focused sites across Kent, have chosen the Memorial as a prize-winning stop.
Gemma and Mia have been taking part in the scheme for four years and were presented with their silver badges for visiting 20 different venues when they toured the Memorial.
Memorial manager Jules Gomez was on hand to present the special awards to the keen young historians, pictured below (Gemma on the left).
